Physical tools, supplies, equipment, artwork, prints, or other physical products are not included unless the applicable sales page specifically states otherwise.

The access terms for each Product are those displayed on the applicable sales page or checkout page when you purchase.

If a Product is advertised with “lifetime access,” this means access for as long as Curious Hands Collective continues to offer and maintain access to that Product through its website, course platform, or another reasonable delivery method.

We intend to keep lifetime-access Products available on an ongoing basis. However, lifetime access does not guarantee that a particular hosting platform, technology, lesson, bonus, feature, or business system will remain unchanged or available forever.

If we permanently discontinue a Product advertised with lifetime access, we may provide reasonable advance notice or an opportunity to download eligible materials where practical.

Products are sold at the price displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

The checkout page will identify whether the purchase involves:

• Repackage our Products or materials as your own course, guide, membership, workshop, or teaching product

• Use our instructional materials to teach a class without written permission

• Remove copyright, branding, or ownership notices

• Make our templates or downloads available to customers, students, or other third parties

• Use automated systems to scrape, collect, reproduce, or redistribute Product content

Permission to create or sell your own original physical work does not include permission to copy, sell, distribute, or teach from Curious Hands Collective instructional materials.

Some Products may invite you to work from photographs, images, designs, references, patterns, or other source materials.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any third-party material you choose.

Where applicable, you should use material that:

• You created yourself

• You own

• You have permission to use

• Is otherwise legally available for your intended use

You are responsible for obtaining any permission required before copying, publishing, selling, displaying, or otherwise using material belonging to another person.

Curious Hands Collective is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted works, photographs, trademarks, designs, or other third-party materials.

Product videos, written lessons, instructional materials, templates, graphics, photographs, downloads, guides, logos, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Curious Hands Collective.

They may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a Product gives you permission to use that Product under these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of Curious Hands Collective content to you.

Original physical or digital work that you create yourself remains yours, subject to any rights that may exist in source materials that you used.

Our courses and instructional Products are provided primarily for educational and hobby purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Individual results vary based on factors including:

Reasonable updates or changes do not create a right to a refund after the applicable refund period has expired unless required by law.

Our website and Products may rely on third-party services, including website and course platforms, payment processors, email providers, hosting services, advertising platforms, and other technology providers.
